AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ___________ by and between:

I. REPORTING

III. CONTENT REUSE RIGHTS

The Advertiser may repost the Affiliate's content for organic (unpaid) use on its social media platforms or website. Any other use, including paid advertising, requires the Affiliate's prior written permission and a separate agreement.

IV. PAID ADVERTISING USE

The Advertiser may not use the Affiliate's content in paid advertising without a separate written agreement specifying the duration, platforms, and additional compensation.

V. SENSITIVE INDUSTRY RESTRICTIONS

The Advertiser must obtain the Affiliate's prior written approval before using the Affiliate's name, likeness, or content in connection with adult products, political causes, or other sensitive industries.

VI. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of ___________. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in ___________ County, ___________.
